Dear Visitors,

Anyone can take this blog as my personal speaking stand, but I can't even know that if some reader does not say so.

Well, even if I write down and explain every calorie I eat, the color of the meal, the taste, every drop of oil, spice, the period it took to made it, the price of the mix, the tear and sweat I put into preparing it or I just stole it from my wife which by the way is far from obesity but loves to prepare different shakes and recipes, would probably make it a dull blog.

So as it is, it continues, my points of view are these......

APPENDIX TO PREVIOUS POST !!!

In the previous post, in red letters I wrote something including "Fat Burning".
I just want to point out that burning fat happens when the body lacks food, therefore
it's interesting to say that engaging your stored fat to burn is either you workout and exhaust your muscles so they need food and start shipping the warehoused fat or the same happens if you do not eat enough to satisfy the body needs and again the body reaches into the warehouse.

What tha Hell works for loosing weight ?

Oh my, oh my......

I'm totally confused when searching the net for a quality advice on how to loose weight and stay that way. It seems that what you find today as "top" advice or recommendation or even a diet program, after a while is the thing you need to worry about i.e. that it can damage your health because of that, that, and so on.....
My usual route after I check my Yahoo mail account is reading a few of those Today articles on Yahoo. At the same place I run into at least two subjects that were highlighting the downsides that a particular program or diet generates.....
You are just lost with this stuff.... one was bad because it had low carbohydrates so it will make you dizzy , the other one generated lack of concentration, lack of protein, vitamins, minerals... and all the cool stuff the body needs to have in order to work properly.
But I like to remind all of you:
WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOURSELF TO A DIET OR A REGIME IN NUTRITION, YOU ARE MOST LIKELY AWARE THAT YOU WILL RESTRAIN YOURSELF FROM A LOT OF STUFF JUST TO GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT. I MEAN YOU HAVE TO DO IT, IF YOU WANT YOUR FAT TO START BURNING I.E. BECOMING THE FOOD OF YOUR BODY INSTEAD OF A BACK UP FOR RAINY DAYS.
My final point is to experiment and to keep track of what works best for you, so I'm not suggesting anyone to drive yourself into a shock or illness, merely pointing to respect the body and make sure you feel healthy. If you feel fishy, make a blood test, blood pressure test... or something else that comforts you.
So The basic principle is that you have to give up from something.
