What tha Hell works for loosing weight ?

Oh my, oh my......

I'm totally confused when searching the net for a quality advice on how to loose weight and stay that way. It seems that what you find today as "top" advice or recommendation or even a diet program, after a while is the thing you need to worry about i.e. that it can damage your health because of that, that, and so on.....
My usual route after I check my Yahoo mail account is reading a few of those Today articles on Yahoo. At the same place I run into at least two subjects that were highlighting the downsides that a particular program or diet generates.....
You are just lost with this stuff.... one was bad because it had low carbohydrates so it will make you dizzy , the other one generated lack of concentration, lack of protein, vitamins, minerals... and all the cool stuff the body needs to have in order to work properly.
But I like to remind all of you:
WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOURSELF TO A DIET OR A REGIME IN NUTRITION, YOU ARE MOST LIKELY AWARE THAT YOU WILL RESTRAIN YOURSELF FROM A LOT OF STUFF JUST TO GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT. I MEAN YOU HAVE TO DO IT, IF YOU WANT YOUR FAT TO START BURNING I.E. BECOMING THE FOOD OF YOUR BODY INSTEAD OF A BACK UP FOR RAINY DAYS.
My final point is to experiment and to keep track of what works best for you, so I'm not suggesting anyone to drive yourself into a shock or illness, merely pointing to respect the body and make sure you feel healthy. If you feel fishy, make a blood test, blood pressure test... or something else that comforts you.
So The basic principle is that you have to give up from something.
