Now please take the time to decide what type of person are you for dieting!
My assumption (I'm avoiding to say theory) is that there are two types of people when it comes to putting yourself on a diet: one is "The All or Nothing" kind of guy and there is the "Always Ready for Compromises" type.
Now you're guessing what I'm gonna say: I'm the All or Nothing type !!! Please let me elaborate, I am not trying to patronize myself, just merely describing how I can bear with diets. I've discovered, since I already lost weight several years before the same way, that I can easily say "NO" to food at all i.e. if I restrain my self with very little amount and tastes then I can get through more easily in the overall situation. But when I try several things with different tastes in small portions then it's like some valves are opened and just crave for more and I end up eating everything in big portions. You might say I'm a food addict because once I'm into it, I can't quit so easy. Maybe it's just the food for me, maybe I can make compromises with my behaviour regarding different subjects.
At the other end, "Always Ready for Compromises" guy will have just small problems with obeying the rules of the diet. These people can also have little difficulties with keeping the the desired body figure, something that I will have to work on a lot after I finish this project.
Choose THE KIND OF PERSON YOU ARE !!!
