DAY TWO !

Sorry, no pics today. I had a salad, yeah cucumber salad with some garlic for lunch.
Breakfast was also around 12:30- same as yesterday. I haven't mentioned - It is better to have your breakfast later during the day because I don't know if anyone has noticed but if you start eating early in the morning it makes you wish for more in shorter intervals afterwards. So skip the torment but instead have a coffee, juice or water.
I said earlier that I did this once and therefore I can give tips before I see the results.
Now, my stomach made some desperate sounds for food but disregarding it helps.
You know when I started yesterday my wife started asking me what I am supposed to eat, will I eat this if she cooks, will I eat that, does my diet include "rice with potatoes cooked in an oven.....
Well guys I'll give you this advice: You can take a peek in the fridge, you can fantasize for diverse feasts but one thing is best if you want to loose weight - limit your meal list to minimum. That way you won't spend time thinking about every type of meal you can prepare with the "allowed" ingredients, instead you won't be thinking about food and eating at all, 'cause you only make intake of uniform, annoying food which makes you pleasure no more but only keeps your mind strait.
So if you have a mama that wants to help and will cook for you everything you ask, just don't speak with her on that subject and tell her it's fine and you'll take care of it. Eating diverse and flavorful food just arouses the appetite and can drown you in a mouth-full desperate urge.
