DAY ONE !



This is my breakfast/lunch since I had at 12:00 o'clock . You can imagine it's a salad : tomatoes , cucumber, paprika, onion and cheese on top with an olive.
I said mostly vegetables and this is our national Macedonian salad (called Shopska Salata) so the cheese is a must.
The second one is as well the samo recipe with less cheese but in addition some more olives.
That is the dinner at 18:30 o'clock.
Don't forget fluids, I already had 1,5 water plus a couple glasses of juice and a Pepsi Cola I must admit.
You can have one more salad late at night if you are a night owl never mind what time it is because you are only having essentials, nothing is gonna add up or pile up, on the contrary the rest that your body needs is going to burn off your fat.
Two to three coffees during the day is acceptable as well - as you can see on my breakfast image.
Moving on.
