Now I'm publishing this 'cause I need to stress out how important is the weather season when going on a diet and submitting yourself to harsh nutrition.
In my country summer is the period when you have a lot of fruit and vegetables on the market for very prices, and I mean it's cheap.
During this period you are covered with all the essentials for the "A La Darko Diet".
I'm not patronizing myself but nearly pointing to the diet model.
During the summer you've got everything: vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage....., fruit - all of it, peaches, apricots, strawberries, cherries and my favorite "water melon". Man you can eat water melon a lot, it's not gonna make you fat, someone may say there is a lot of sugar in it, yeah but I'll say what's that compared to not intaking surar at all during this period, and you are not intaking any complex sugars (carbon hydrates) and therefore you will burn this plain sugars immediately plus you'll have plenty of room to burn your own piled up fat. Haha!!!
The water melon is good because you can eat a lot of it and it will satisfy your desperate need to fill up your stomach.
Maybe I'm blessed to have this fine fruit at hilarious price per kilo over here but if you have it too, use it wise.
